January 1, 2014: Resolved.

The litigation between the Waldorf School of Atlanta and neighbors on Cownay Road has been settled in a mutually satisfactory manner. Neighbors (litigants) have proven their valid claim to the Willard Strip behind their homes and will retain that property. Waldrof has agreed to retract it’s July 1, 2008 affidavit.

Information regarding the above settlement is NOT restricted by any confidentiality agreement, but for reasons of basic courtesy will only be discussed when necessary.
